The water treatment device comprises a closed tank (1) comprising an inlet (8) for water mixed with ozone air, an outlet (14) for treated water free of ozone, a degassing valve (5), an activated carbon filter (7), a drain hole (15), a vertical duct and a central duct. The water inlet present in the lower part of the tank is bounded by a first upper partition wall separating the activated carbon filter. A vertical duct is present across the partition wall. The activated carbon filter conveys the mixture of water and ozone air of first volume towards a diffuser. The water inlet present in the lower part of the tank is bounded by a first upper partition wall separating the activated carbon filter. A vertical duct is present across the partition wall. The activated carbon filter conveys the mixture of water and ozone air of first volume towards a diffuser located in a second volume of water covering the activated carbon. A water collecting device is arranged to the water outlet near the partition wall. The diffuser extends radially with respect to the tank to distribute the water mixed with ozone air in transversal dimension on top of the activated carbon filter. The collector is arranged parallel to the partition wall, and extends on almost the surface of the partition wall, and is constituted of a second partition wall arranged parallel to the first partition wall and equipped with nozzles. The vertical ducts comprise a section for a compression of the mixed water. A body closed on its upper part by a riser is present in the tank, and comprises the degassing valve.
