Disclosed is a dietary menu management device (100) wherein a customization unit (102) performs an interview related to a user through a GUI unit (101). In addition, the customization unit (102), upon receiving inputs of answers to the interview, extracts at least one dietary menu corresponding to the answers of the interview from a plurality of dietary menus recorded in a dietary database unit (103). A dietary input unit (106) presents the dietary menus that have been extracted by the customization unit (102) as customized menus to the user through the GUI unit (101). The user can easily input a desired dietary menu from the customized menus.
