An outer rotor brushless DC motor includes an outer rotor assembly, a stator coil assembly (5, 28, 51, and 71), and a stator bearing bracket (11, 27, 45, and 67), a stator protection end cover (6, 38, 50, and 63) and a DC controlled circuit board (12, 33, 44, and 83). A casing (2, 37, 59, and 62) is fixed at the edge of the stator protection end cover (6, 38, 50, and 63). An outer rotor side protection end cover (1, 36, 57 and 78) is provided on the other end of the casing (2, 37, 59, and 62). An outer rotor solid shaft (8, 30, 56, and 72) passes through the outer rotor side protection end cover (1, 36, 57 and 78) and is provided with a power output transfer fixing structure, such that the problem that the power output with a conventional inner rotor motor is not completely compatible, which results from taking the outer rotor shaft to be protruded outside from the side of the outer rotor casing or the stator protection end cover, is solved. The heat radiating problem of key elements is solved with the built-in blowing-in cooling means of providing a fan blade (26, 48, 73, and 105) on the outer rotor solid shaft and the external blowing-in cooling means of providing a DC controlled circuit board box (84 and 88) and an air-cooled chamber (81 and 95) outside the casing. The employ limit about wires being directed from the side of the stator protection end cover is overcome with a wire outlet (106) provided on the casing.
