COMBINED TYPE HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR TOP DISTRIBUTING GEAR OF BLAST FURNACE

A combined type hydraulic control system for a top distributing gear of a blast furnace includes: a separate closed loop control circuit, which is used for controlling each hydraulic cylinder and realizing separate position closed loop control of each hydraulic cylinder and position dynamic compensation control of three hydraulic cylinders during movement of the distributing gear; at least one centralized control circuit, which is used for controlling three hydraulic cylinders when the separate closed loop control circuit is not in a proper running state; and at least one switching circuit, which is used for realizing automatic switch between the separate closed loop control circuit and the centralized control circuit. The invention can not only increase the stop accuracy of an oil cylinder of the distributing gear, but also ensure synchronization of the oil cylinders during angular transformation of the distributing gear, thus increasing distribution accuracy of the blast furnace, and enhancing the reliability and safety of the whole control system by the combined control.
