Realization of the invention achieves the technical result which comprises increasing the convenience of use and ensuring that transformation is possible within the required size limits. Furthermore, the realization of the claimed invention will make it possible to ensure great variability in design, and will also make it possible to avoid the fabric stretching while being worn.
