An AC-DC flyback converter and a loop compensation method thereof. The converter comprises an isolation transformer (T), a power switch (201) and a feedback control module (202). The feedback control module comprises a compensation circuit, a voltage buffer, an error amplifier with a first resistor (R1) and a second resistor (R2), and a pulse width modulation controller. With the converter and the loop compensation method thereof, the system stability can be improved and the loop bandwidth can be reduced.
