The shopping cart according to the invention comprises ramps (6) for coupling to the ends of the guiding bars (4) and facilitating the positioning and removal of the container (3). Said shopping cart comprises a hook (7), and a system for braking the wheels (5) in order to hold the container (3) still. The central leg (11) is connected to the bar (17) by a sliding piece (19) comprising notches (20) which fix the part in pre-determined positions.
