METHOD OF FAST MULTI-OPERATOR IMAGE RESIZING

A method of fast multi-operator image resizing is disclosed. It includes the following steps: calculating the Dominant Color Descriptor of the original image, and using the original image as the current image; quantitatively calculating, calculating the cost function value that performs the resizing operation to the current image by using each operator; optimally selecting the operators that need to be used in this operation, according to the cost function value of each operator; removing one pixel to the width of the current image by using the selected operators, and using the new image as the current image, recording the operators that are used in this operation and storing them to the operation sequence. If the sizes of the image reach to the target sizes, then the operation is ended. The method can calculate using the fixed parameters, and can realize the fast image resizing automatically of every size.
