Provided is a piezoelectric power generation device generating a large amount of electricity and being relatively easy to be manufactured even while having a bridge type vibrating beam that is robust against external vibrations. The device includes a support body, a band-like vibrating beam, a piezoelectric layer, and electrodes, in which first and second ends of the vibrating beam are secured to the support body and the piezoelectric layer and the electrodes are disposed on a surface of the vibrating beam. The vibrating beam extends in one plane in the non-vibrating state and has: a first portion extending from the first end secured to the support body; a second portion extending from the second end; and a third portion for connecting the end on the opposite side of the first end of the first portion and the end on the opposite side of the second end of the second portion. Viewing from a direction perpendicular to the plane, a first direction along which the first portion extends and a second direction along which the second portion extends are directions approaching the second and first ends, respectively, and have an angle of over 0° and less than 90° with respect to the line connecting between the centers of the first and second ends. The third portion has a shape that crosses said line once.
