HIGH-EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY-SAVING PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

A permanent magnet synchronous motor includes a stator (3), a rotor (2) which can rotate relative to the stator (3), and at least one pair of permanent magnets (1) distributed on the rotor (2) to produce magnetic source. Magnetic isolation blocks (25) are arranged between the two adjacent permanent magnets (1). The motor includes protective magnetic circuit (4) arranged on the rotor (2) and between the magnetic isolation blocks (25) and the permanent magnets (1). The magnetic resistance of the protective magnetic circuit (4) is much smaller than the internal magnetic resistance of the permanent magnets (1). The impact magnetic flux of the permanent magnets (1) formed under power grid transient jump during the instant of starting, the instant of shutting down or operating of the motor can be released through the protective magnetic circuit (4). It is ensured that the permanent magnets (1) can always work at the safe zone of the demagnetization curve. The permanent magnets (1) on the motor are protected effectively. Problems of unreliability of the operation and instability of the working characteristic of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are solved. The working life of the motor is guaranteed.
