The invention pertains to the field of medicine and relates to a composition for preparing iso-osmotic therapeutic-prophylactic baths and body wraps for the detoxification, protection, stimulation and enhancement of the vital functions of the human body, and comprising salt components in the form of a mixture of inorganic salts (Na⁺, К⁺, Са²⁺, Mg²⁺) present in the same physiological balanced proportions as in human blood plasma, the quantitative content of salt components being in a range of 280 to 320 mОsm/l to ensure the iso-osmotic activity thereof. The composition may include, as a mixture of inorganic salts (Na⁺, К⁺, Са²⁺, Mg²⁺), sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium salts with anions in the form of chlorides and/or sulfates and/or phosphates in a predetermined component concentration. The composition may include, as bioactive additives, vegetable additives in the form of a dried extract or a mixture thereof with regenerating additives of animal origin, glucose or fructose or a mixture thereof with vitamins and amino acids.
