摘要

A multi-functional laser-processing NC system is provided with a central control system. The central control system is provided with a processor (2), a process flow library (3), a data loading platform (4) and a processing control platform (5). Parameter input end of the processor (2) is connected to a processing parameter input device to obtain the processing parameters and extract the process flow. The processing parameters are implanted in the process flow to generate a processing program. A 3-dimentional output end of the processing control platform (5) is connected to a 3-dimentional travel system of a laser head. The significant effect of this laser-processing NC system is that: it can realize a variety of laser processing and can process the work piece from different angles in plurality of different locations. The control of gas mixing ratio and gas pressure of single or multiple gas supply can be realized by an automatic control technology. The need of integrating multiple laser processing systems is satisfied by setting travel paths of the relevant laser head and setting the supply ratio and the gas pressure of the auxiliary gas.
