The invention concerns a new integrated plant for separation, treatment, recovery and re-use of waste, comprising a line (D) for separation of the incoming waste (R) into the main categories: "heavy" part containing substantially inert materials, glass, metals; "light" part containing substantially cellulosic material, textiles, plastic; organic part; a line (O) for treatment of the organic part, for the production of compost (C5) and/or biogas (Bl); one or more lines (K, L) for the production of building materials, using, as raw materials and/or as fuel and/or as an additive for the raw material, one or more of said parts obtained from separation of the waste and/or one or more of the products obtained from treatment of said parts.
