A discourse right information sharing method, related device and system in cluster communications are provided by embodiments of the present invention, wherein the discourse right information sharing method in the cluster communications includes: a service application server receives and stores the discourse right information transmitted by a terminal, and the discourse right information comprises an identifier number of the terminal and the currently set individuality name of the cluster communications; according to the identifier number of the discourse right information, the individuality name of the cluster communications of the terminal that occupies the current discourse right is read, and the read individuality name of the cluster communications is transmitted to other terminals except for the terminal occupying the discourse right in the current session. The solutions provided by the present invention effectively resolve the problem that most users can not distinguish the identity of talkers only according to the obtained number of the cluster communications.
