The video control unit (240) has an acquisition unit (260), which acquires viewing state information indicating the difference between a reference viewer position or orientation and the viewer's current position or orientation, and an adjustment unit (250), which adjusts parallax vectors corresponding to a partial region by moving a partial region of the right-eye video and/or the left-eye video in accordance with the difference indicated by the viewing state information.
