The present invention relates to a torch nozzle for CO2 welding, wherein an existing torch body may be used by substituting nozzles and CO2 gas may be protected even at a wind speed of 2m/sec or higher. According to the present invention, the path of CO2 gas which is used as protecting gas at the time of CO2 welding is formed in a dual structure, so that first protection gas protects a welding portion, and second protection gas has an increased flow rate compared to the first protection gas and protects the first protection gas with respect to external wind speed. Therefore, it is possible to readily carry out CO2 welding work outdoors and at an elevated altitude even at a wind speed of 2m/sec or higher.
