The invention relates to a method for producing a product, preferably a printed product, comprising at least one representation of a multicoloured, graphic object that is perceptible to the blind or partially sighted by touch. Said method consists of the following steps: capturing a multicoloured graphic object, identifying colours contained in the graphic object and the regions respectively occupied by the colours, assigning a texture pattern to each region according to the colour of the region, said texture pattern being a texture pattern from a plurality of predefined texture patterns that correspond to a plurality of colours or said texture pattern being generated on the basis of said predefined patterns, and applying to the product, a texture for each region of a colour according to the assigned texture pattern.
