The container has a material receiving vessel with a filling opening and a withdrawal range, and has a valve body (150). The valve body is movably arranged in the withdrawal range such that the valve body is transferred by the movement from a closed position to an open position. The material flows from the withdrawal range in the open position of the valve body. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an emptying station for a container; and (2) a method for emptying a container.
