摘要
The cooking device interruptible at temperature intervals of 100[deg] C, comprises an electrically conductive magnetizable coating, which serves for induction heating, on a bottom outer side of the cooking device, where a thermal expansion coefficient of a material of the electrically conductive magnetizable coating is 35-55% less in relation to the remaining of the cooking device bottom. The coating on the bottom outer side lies with a porous area, which acts as dilatation balancing area. The basic material of the cooking device is a dignified aluminum, aluminum alloy or cast aluminum. The basic material of the cooking device is a dignified aluminum, aluminum alloy or cast aluminum and the electrically conductive coating is iron or stainless steel. A porous adhesive layer acts as dilatation balancing area between the electrically conductive coating and the bottom outer side and has a layer thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm. The electrically conductive coating has the closely self-circulating dilatation balancing area with a width of 0.5-5 mm and a layer thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm. The electrically conductive coating acting as the dilatation balancing area has a porosity of 10-20% and the still uncoated bottom outer side has a roughness of RA12-16. A primer is applied as adhesive layer on the bottom outer side for the electrically conductive coating. Independent claims are included for: (1) a system for coating a surface of a cooking device; and (2) a method for coating a cooking device.
