PURPOSE: A method, a device, and a system for payment approval, payment, and membership subscription of a purchaser using a mobile communication terminal are provided to activate a card transaction by an easy method in an environment that it is difficult to install a member store terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal user makes a mobile communication terminal approach to a member store ID terminal(S200). The member store ID terminal transmits a member store ID in the mobile communication terminal(S210). The mobile communication terminal transmits a user ID and the member store ID to an ID PG(Payment Gateway)(S220). When the user does not join member store membership, the ID PG transmits the user ID to a mobile communication company server(S240).
