PURPOSE: A ship propulsion device for a low water level is provided to prevent the failure and the damage of a screw by propelling the ship using a rotary propeller and thus to reduce the time and the cost due to the repair and the replacement of the screw.;CONSTITUTION: A ship propulsion device for a low water level comprises rotary propellers(40), a rotating shaft(50), a first gear, a second gear, a motor, a power supply unit and a controller. The rotary propellers are respectively installed on both sides of the hull and rotate. A plurality of rods(42) of a flexible material are formed on the ends of the rotary propellers. The rotating shaft is connected to the rotary propellers and rotates them. The first gear is connected to the rotating shaft and rotates it. The second gear engages with the first gear and rotates the first gear. The motor rotates the second gear. The power supply unit supplies the power to the motor.
