PURPOSE: A decorating sheet for a vehicle handle cover and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the beauty decrease of a handle cover by preventing a printed pattern for providing the decorative beauty from coming off from the decorating sheet.;CONSTITUTION: A decorating sheet for a vehicle handle cover comprise a base sheet and a pattern sheet. The base sheet makes tight contact with the outer surface of the ring member(10) of the vehicle handle cover. The pattern sheet is formed from a transparent plastic material. The pattern sheet is arranged on the top of the base sheet. A printed layer, on which a pattern is printed, and a light transmitting part, through which the light transmits, are formed on the bottom of the pattern sheet. A reflective surface, which reflects the light incident through the light transmitting part, is formed on the surface of the base sheet.
