PURPOSE: A voice data searching device of audio and video in environment including unregistered word is provided to perform voice data search of the audio and the video through index considering the unregistered and searching process. CONSTITUTION: A voice data divider(230) divides extracted voice data of a voice data extractor(210). A voice recognizer(250) recognizes the voice of a voice wave file(240). An indexer(270) generates an index table(280) with a voice recognition result(260). Considering the unregistered words, a query extension unit(110) expands the query of a user. A search unit(120) searches a extended queries(21). A result output unit(130) displays a search result(30) to a user.
