PURPOSE: A method for collecting the waste heat by combining a vacuum pump which delivers the air and a water sealing type vacuum pump and applying the waste heat in cooling are provided to combine the vacuum pump and the water sealing type vacuum pump, thereby increasing the temperature of the water by fusing the air and the water.;CONSTITUTION: Vacuum is generated by attaching a vacuum pump which delivers the air to the heat exchanger which water is contained. The steam is discharged in low temperature state by the vacuum. The steam is absorbed in a suction part of a water sealing vacuum pump and is integrated with the water. The temperature of the water which is contained in a discharge unit of the water sealing vacuum pump is increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
