PURPOSE: A method for maximizing a system capacity using selfless cognitive radio, and a mobile communication system therefor are provided to allocate remaining time to a CR terminal with good transmission efficiency, thereby efficiently using the remaining time and increasing a communication capacity of a CR network.;CONSTITUTION: A cooperation request transmitted from another mobile communication system or a mobile communication terminal is received in an area where a cooperation transmission request receiving unit and another mobile communication system coexist. A channel information transmitting and receiving unit exchanges channel state information for cooperation transmission with another mobile communication system.
