PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for embodying an elastic image are provided to improve the quality of an elastic image by calculating displacement in consideration of the 3D motion direction of image.;CONSTITUTION: An image forming part(210) generates a pyramid image by using a plurality of first data. A map generation part(220) generates a motion map by using the generated pyramid image. A displacement calculation part(240) calculates displacement based on the generated motion map. An image implementing part(250) generates an electric image by using the calculated displacement.
