PURPOSE: A helix coil manufacturing method, a helix coil thereof, and an electromagnetic acoustic transducer thereof are provided to easily manufacture a thin and long helix coil, which has a folded edge by using a conventional insulation wire.;CONSTITUTION: A solenoid, which has large diameter than its length, is formed by winding an insulation wire(110) into a helix form. A helix coil(100) having a folded edge is formed by folding four edge parts in a columnar direction to the solenoid. The folded shape of the helix coil is fixed. Both terminal parts, which correspond to the start and end point of the coil are fixed. The insulation wire is composed of a one circular or a rectangular insulation wire.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
