PURPOSE: A system and a method for generating a candidate beam foaming coefficient for transmitting data through a wireless medium are provided to obtain the reduce of complexity of beam forming process and improvement of efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: The number(N) of the transmitter antennas is determined(501). The number(n) of a candidate beam foaming vectors which will be composed is determined according to an algebraic function about N(502). A Fourier converting matrix(W) including (n+1)row and (n+1)column is provided(504). N rows are selected from the Fourier transform matrix.
