PURPOSE: A rotor of an IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) is provided to prevent a permanent magnet from being separated from a magnet burying hole by preventing the deformation of the magnet burying hole due to centrifugal force.;CONSTITUTION: The rotor of an IPMSM comprises a magnet burying hole(160) and a barrier(180). The permanent magnet is buried in the magnet burying hole. The barrier is formed on one side of the magnet burying hole. A part of the barrier is opened. The barrier has first and second bended surfaces(182,184). The first and second bended surfaces are bended to the outside of the rotor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
