PURPOSE: A safety cap for preventing forgery and a container including the same are provided to easily damage an RFID tag by a removing unit despite a weak force.;CONSTITUTION: A safety cap for preventing forgery and a container including the same include an inner cap(10), an outer cap(20), an RFID tag(16), and a removing unit. The inner cap can be combined with a container. The outer cap can receive an inner cap inside. The outer cap can be elevated for the inner cap. The RFID tag is installed on an upper side of the inner cap or an upper side of the outer cap. The removing unit is installed on the upper side of the inner cap or an upper side of the inside of the outer cap. The removing unit can remove an RFID tag.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
