PURPOSE: A composition for a capacitor dielectric and a manufacturing method of the capacitor dielectric are provided to apply the composition for a process of producing a thin film on the large area, by depositing the composition to the large area.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for a capacitor dielectric is obtained by mixing bismuth acetate or bismuth nitrate raw materials with an organic solvent and ethoxide. The organic solvent is methoxy ethanol. A manufacturing method of the capacitor dielectric comprises the following steps: preparing the composition for the dielectric; forming a thin film on a substrate using the composition; and forming an electrode on the thin film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
