CONTINUOUS SHIP UNLOADER CAPABLE OF PREVENTING DAMAGE TO A HOLDER AND A BUCKET BY THE COLLISION BETWEEN THE HOLDER AND THE BUCKET

PURPOSE: A continuous ship unloader is provided to suppress damage to the bottom surface of a ship holder and a bucket and increase unloading efficiency when the residual amount of load is low.;CONSTITUTION: A continuous ship unloader(100) comprises a frame unit(110), a shuttle unit(120), a movable unit(130), and a tension adjusting unit(140). A first rotating unit(150) is installed in the frame unit. A second rotating unit(160) is installed in a shuttle unit. The shuttle unit is installed in the frame unit to be movable. The movable unit is installed in the first rotating unit and the second rotating unit and moves along an endless track. The tension adjusting unit engages with the shuttle unit and adjusts the tension of the movable unit. The tension adjusting unit comprises a presser portion(141) and a wiring unit(145).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
