PURPOSE: A public transportation information service method and an apparatus thereof for requesting a public transportation information service on internet are provided to increase the convenience of a public transportation information service user based on the location of a mobile communication terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A message receiver(201) receives a first message setting the number as a receiving number.
