PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for test driving electric machines are provided to improve the developing efficiency of the electric machines by performing a test during an electric machines developing process.;CONSTITUTION: A test board(200) is composed of an operating system, a driving program, a central processing unit(CPU)(210), a memory, an input unit, an output unit, and a communication unit. The operating system is in connection with a computer(100) through a universal serial bus or a serial cable and is ported by the computer. The CPU outputs a control signal to all electric machines according to an operating control signal. The memory records data for the operation of the installed operating system. The input unit inputs the operating control signal in the CPU. The output unit controls the output according to the control signal of the CPU.
