PURPOSE: A fluid pipe closing cap and a fluid pipe closing device using the same is provided to completely seal a gap among a perforated hole, a coupling pipe, and a fluid pipe, since the fluid pipe is inserted into the perforated hole and a hollow part of the coupling pipe with being slightly compressed.;CONSTITUTION: A fluid pipe closing cap comprises a main body member(51) and a stopping unit(52). The main body member is inserted into a through-hole of a saddle(10) and closes the main body member of the perforated hole of the fluid pipe. The stopping unit is placed in a ring shape along the peripheral direction of the main body member. The stopping unit is projected from the main body member.
