PURPOSE: A drained water use system of a dish washer for an eating house in order to automatically control on/off of a drained water exhaust motor is provided to prevent the loss of the cover top by installing the insulating material.;CONSTITUTION: A dish washer for a eating house includes a cover(100), a cleansing water tank(400), a cleaning water tank(500), a cleaning water motor, and a rinse water motor. In order to accomplish the cleaning chamber in which a cleaning water nozzle and a rinse water nozzle are included in the top and bottom cover is installed on the top of the washer body in the elevation type.
