PURPOSE: A device for providing real estate information utilizing the BIM spatial information are provided to closely check the configuration such as real figure of real estate in advance and individual space.;CONSTITUTION: A control module(110) receives a BIM(Building Information Modeling) space information from real estate information server(200) including a 2D modeling information and 3D modeling information corresponding to the real estate. The control module selectively displays the modeling information among 2D or 3D.
