PURPOSE: An anti-corrosion composition for a galvanized steel plate is provided to be prepared at the room temperature and applied to a galvanized steel plate directly without separate heating and cooling devices.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-corrosion composition for a galvanized steel plate comprises citric acid 1~50 weight%, one or more metallic ion catalysts 0.01~1 weight%, polyethylene oxide 0.01~2.0 weight%, silicate 0.1~10 weight%, and a coloring agent 1.6~3.4 weight%. The citric acid is used as a metal complexing agent for enhancing the corrosion resistance. The metallic ion catalysts are selected from the group consisting of group consisting of the nickel, cellulose, cobalt and molybdenum cation. The silicate is used as a corrosion resistance intensifier. The coloring agent is sued to improve the decorative effect and corrosion resistance of a coating layer surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
