PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a 3D coordinate of a camera image using 3D space data and a method for controlling a camera using the same are provided to calculate a 3D coordinate value, thereby photographing a specific spot or a monitored target object by interlocking cameras. CONSTITUTION: A central monitoring device builds 3D spatial data(S200). The device calculates an FOV(Field of View)(S210). If the FOV is calculated, the device synchronizes the screen of a camera with a screen of a 3D image(S220). The device calculates a 3D coordinate for a specific spot of a real camera screen(S230). The device calculates the amount of camera vision movement to the specific coordinate(S240). The device controls the camera(S250).
