PURPOSE: An environmental farming method using ozone and negative ions, and an apparatus thereof are provided to supply dissolved water with the stable dissolved ozone content and negative ion amount regardless of the location of crops. CONSTITUTION: An environmental farming apparatus comprises the following: a compound ozone and negative ion generator(20) connected to a water tank(12) using a supply pipe(18); a bubble generator(22) installed on one end of the water tank; a water feed pipe(16) with a pressure pump(17) installed in between the water tank and crops; and a controller(40) connected to the compound ozone and negative ion generator and the pressure pump.
