HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE FOR VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS SEPARATION AND RECOVERY, PARTICULARLY FOR REMARKABLY IMPROVING SELECTIVE PERMEATION PERFORMANCE

摘要

PURPOSE: A hollow fiber membrane for volatile organic compounds separation and recovery is provided to reduce the delamination with a supported body through the reduction of swelling of volatile organic compound.;CONSTITUTION: PVDF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is used at a hollow fiber support. PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane) and gamma methacryloxy propyltrimethoxy silane are stirred in a coating solution. The dip coating of the coating solution is performed for the hollow fiber support. The processed hollow fiber support is dried in an oven at 80°C for one hour, and then is cross-linked at the oven at 100°C for 3 hours. A hollow fiber membrane is fabricated to get and separate of volatile organic compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
