PURPOSE: A forming device of a carring channel-panel for a ceiling panel, capable of the reduction side effects due to excessive power consumption and overload, is provided to prevent the faults on the mold process of a configuration part of a rear substrate by converting the moving line of a center substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A forming device of a carring channel-panel for a ceiling panel comprises 1-3 top forming mold(100), 1-2 bottom forming mold, a third bottom forming mold and a center substrate transferring tool. 1-3 top forming mold is installed on top of the forming device of a carring channel-panel for a ceiling panel.
