PURPOSE: An inorganic insulating material and an insulating system using the same are provided to facilitate the construction and installation of a system by forming an insulating system on the spot without the limit of a shape when the insulating system is applied to the structure of a pipe or tank shape since an insulating material is formed from an inorganic insulating material.;CONSTITUTION: An insulating system(50) comprises an empty insulating block and an inorganic insulating material(56). The insulating block is installed to cover the outside of a facility, which stores or transfers a low-temperature material.
