PURPOSE: An OTP providing method, a system, a mobile phone for the same, and a recording medium are provided to continuously verifying and maintaining reliability about OTP generated through a mobile phone.;CONSTITUTION: A medium authentication device(240) compares OTP medium authentication information and OTP medium information stored in a storing medium. The medium authentication device authenticates a mobile phone as an OTP medium which generates N numbers of OTP. When the mobile phone authenticates the OTP medium, an information checking device(260) checks server side OTP generating information about the OTP medium from the storing medium.
