PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing an OTP by a code combination mode connected to a customer medium, a portable phone, and a recording medium thereof are provided to continuously verify the reliability of the OTP generated through a portable by authenticating the validity of the portable phone. CONSTITUTION: A controller(105) and a screen display respectively correspond to a modem chip and an LCD. A sound processor(115) and a key input unit(120) respectively correspond to a microphone/speaker and a key pad. A wireless communication unit(140) corresponds to an antenna and various RF modules. A memory unit(155) and a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module)(145) correspond to a nonvolatile memory and an IC chip which stores universal subscriber identity information. A USIM reader(150) reads the information of the USIM. A medium reader(130) reads the information of a user medium(125).
