PURPOSE: A droplet receiver and a droplet receiving process are provided to prevent the exterior pollution and evaporation droplet in a droplet receiving unit by the formation of an isolating fluid layer.;CONSTITUTION: A droplet receiver comprises a partition structure(100), an isolating fluid layer(300), and a droplet receiving unit(500). The partition structure comprises an internal space and an input unit. The internal space accepts droplet(600). The input unit opens an internal space. The droplet receiving unit is formed of the internal space and the isolating fluid layer. The droplet receiving unit is isolated from the outside by the isolating fluid layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
