PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling a mobile phone by multiple code creation network OTP(One Time Password) authentication with biometrics, and a recording medium thereof are provided to store some of the information necessary to the OTP generation to a memory region or USIM of a mobile phone and authenticate whether or not a mobile phone is a valid OTP medium whenever an OTP is generated.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone(200) transfers an OTP generated through OTP medium authentication information and terminal-side OTP generation information to a server of a communication network. If the server generates and transfers the OTP, the mobile phone outputs the OTP. The OTP medium authentication information includes user personal identification number or user password.
