PURPOSE: A system and method for managing an OTP including biometric information by seed combination mode with a biometrics and a recording medium are provided to generate N digits OTP by using OTP generation information. CONSTITUTION: A controller(105) and a display unit(110) correspond to a modem chip and an LCD respectively. A sound processing unit(115) and a key input unit(120) correspond to a mike/speaker and a key pad respectively. A wireless communications unit(135) and a memory unit(150) correspond to an antenna, all sorts of RF module, and a nonvolatile memory respectively. An USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module)(140) correspond to an IC chip storing universal subscriber identity information. An USIM read unit(145) reads the information of the USIM. A biometric unit recognize the biometric information of the user from one of fingerprint, iris, retina, and face.
