PURPOSE: A finishing panel for construction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure construction-period reduction, construction convenience, insulation and fire-resistance, to enhance productivity and to decrease failure rate.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing a finishing panel for construction is as follows. A plurality of decorative members(3) are inserted into an incombustible foaming body(2). A groove is formed on the rear of the decorative member, a part of incombustible foaming body is inserted into the groove and thus they are strongly connected. The edge of the decorative member is bent two times and a protrusion(8) is formed so that a vertical portion(8a) and a horizontal portion(8b) make a "⊂" shape.
