PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner with a detachable cord-reel unit is provided to enable a vacuum cleaner to be conveniently used since if the cord-reel unit is separated, a cooling fan in the cord-reel unit is automatically driven and if the cord-reel unit is re-mounted, the driving of the cooling fan automatically stops.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner(100) with a detachable cord-reel unit is provided to a body(10), a hose(30), a suction unit and a detachable cord-reel unit(200). The hose is connected to the body. The suction unit is connected to the end of the hose and sucks external foreign materials.
